The Phi meson in nuclear matter in a transport approach

Gubler, P.

Proceedings of Science (Internet), 380, p.215_1 - 215_5, 2022/05

Based on my recent research, I will explain about my numerical simulation of pA reactions (p: proton, A: nucleus), which are used to study the $$phi$$ meson in nuclear matter. I will particularly focus on the question of how the modification of the $$phi$$ meson spectral function in nuclear matter influences the experimentally observed di-lepton spectrum.

Based on my recent research, I will discuss the behavior of the $$phi$$ meson in nuclear matter. I will especially focus on the effect of momentum on the modification of the $$phi$$ in nuclear matter. Furthermore, if time allows, I will also briefly touch on my recent simulation of pA reactions (p: proton, A: nucleus), which are used to study the $$phi$$ in nuclear matter experimentally.

Based on my recent research, I will present results on numerical simulations of pA reactions (p: proton, A: nucleus). I will specially explain in detail the experimentally measurable di-lepton spectrum that results from this sort of reaction. Furthermore, I will discuss what kind of $$phi$$ meson spectral function best reproduces the experimental results obtained so far.

The $$phi$$ meson in nuclear matter and the strangeness content of the nucleon

Gubler, P.

no journal, ,

Based on my recent research, I will discuss the behavior of the $$phi$$ meson at finite density. At the E16 experiment at J-PARC it is planned to measure the $$phi$$ meson mass shift in nuclei. I will discuss potential interpretations of possible outcomes of this experiment. I will especially discuss in detail the relation between the $$phi$$ meson mass shift and the strangeness content of the nucleon.
